BEING FAT

I'M GAINING WEIGHT AND IT'S NOT LOOKING GOOD, IS THERE ANYONE OUT THAT THAT HAS ACTULLY GAINED AND LOST IN A REASONABLE TIME. AND WHY THE HECK IS IT SO EASY TO PUT ON AND SO FREAKING HARD TO TAKE OFF. ANY DIET SECRETS?

Stick to none fattening food and of course drink plenty of water If you are hungry in between they say to drink water as it fills you up

you are not alone. i gained around 10kgs after the birth of my son 7 yrs back. till now i.ve'nt been able to shed a single kg, yet getting bloated by the day like a fat cow. i've stopped wearing all my fav saries. no matter how little i eat, the very air i inhale seems to fatten me up!!!

Because, all good things are difficult. Stick to veggies and fruits plus water. You'll be alright. Take care.

i guess you should drink a lot of water as water fills you up and helps keep the "Full" feeling thus making you less hungry. Also try limiting your portions. Eat what you want but dont eat like a whole packet of chips like you normally would. Eat 2 or 3 or maybe even 10. Always share your chocolates. Thats my motto. I share the fat that way. Hope this helps you to not put on more weight. Oh yeah exercise is also very important. Good luck
