Help with stop smoking.

This is the third time I have typed this and the last time it was much longer because of spam reason I can't copy paste. I really need help to quite smoking. I have smoked since I was 16 and am now 22. My lungs burn and I cough up yellow/brown stuff. I have a constant soar throat. I know I will die from smoking if I do not get help. Why is there no real treatment for stopping?
