Motivation is a sense of need, desire, fear that prompts an individual to act while emotion is a strong feeling often accompanied by a physical reaction.
What do you think affects stress for you?Your motivation or emotion?

Stress is most likely related to emotions rather than motivation. No people will be motivated by stress. It rather affects our emotions more often if we are on stress. In my opinion, emotional stresses are more harmful than physical stress as it affects major organs such as the brain, heart etc.
