who came from a broken family here? what was your life like? my parents had been separated since i was 7 years old, that was about 13 years ago. my life without a complete and happy family really was horrible and very sad. i wouldn't go to church as a kid because i cry when i see families who sit together in the pew and later eat dinner together. i cry because i remember how our family was before my father left to be with his mistress and daughter. i struggled to obtain good grades so that my father would be proud of me and i can still feel that he is happy to have me as his daughter. i needed to be reassured because i know that his heart is now occupied by other people aside from us. i grew up needing people and was always afraid that men would leave me like how my father did. right now, i am feeling better with my self and my life is better but i am just worried about how my other siblings' life turned out because of our family's predicament.
