i guess nobody wants to be the butt of jokes but nobody minds to get entertained at the cost of some sacrificial goat. i hate this practice at my office where people in the name of enjoyment would flock around during break session and choose a weakling to be their target.i had started avoiding such get togethers by taking lunch outside.but i think i am gonna speak out my mind and stop being politically correct .as this is a real bad practice and it needs to be stopped even if nobody has the guts to speak out.wht would you do in a similar situation?

What I think in my mind, i will speak out openly and don't bother about what others think. Because all are having skeletons in their cup board. Aren't they?

ya ...when you speak your mind out you have the risk of being on your own..i am glad you have that guts..it do harm you sometimes but i think what a person is if he /she cannot stand by his/her convictions...so be yourself.thanks for your post.
