Why is it that the less processing used on food products always hikes the price up? Who can afford to eat healthy? I find it quite the challenge, especially being unable to grow my own vegetables, etc. How does this work in your local grocery store? The more "natural" the food item is in my market, most likely means its cost is "naturally" higher than "junk food".

Are junk food really cheaper? Think again with all the preservatives added you weaken your immune system. Whenever you feed on it you lose valuable nutrients that is only found in naturally prepared dishes. Besides do you get full when eating junk food? You only get stomache because of air.

Hey kmz119 I think raw or unprocessed food is quite beneficial for human being but there are certain food which you can not consume directly or without process.

Yes ,the other day I myself was wondering about it.I am trying to reduce weight and also to eat healthy foods.I am supposed to eat unprocessed foods, plenty of organically grown fruits and vegetables,.so I went to the super market here. And I found out how costly it is to eat healthy food.
