This may seem odd but ever since the first pokemon card i've collected or in my case found, i was immediately drawn to pokemon, which was around ten years ago. So i began to collect and at one point or another had over a thousand cards know at that time that wasn't the only card i chose to collect. I collected all sorts of cards, know i can tell those that have the same interest know what i'm talking about, but the point I'm going to make is the fact that you can never be satisfied with the amount of cards you almost get the feeling that you need to keep collecting even after you have obtained the entire set of cards or even other objects. Now i can't speak for others, because not everyone is the same especially when it comes to there interest, some may be satisfied with what they have acquired, and others may not such as my self. other then that, i truly enjoy finding misprints they are so appealing because they could possible be one of a kind that no one else has had. Which i'm proud to say that i've ran across some rare misprint cards such as the ninetales with fireblast as an attack but does no damage and true fanatics would view that humorous

I can't understand the people that collected Pokemon cards, I was more interessted by hockey cards and basseball cards, I probably have more than a thousand of them. It was realy my passion growing up. and most of the kids at my school too, it's weird to see that so many people used to collect yu-gi-oh and pokemon

I know how you fee I collected yu-gi-oh and pokemon cards throughout my childhood. It really felt like a huge accomplishment when I found a holographic card or something in a normal booster pack that had less than a 1/100 chance.

When i was a child of age 9 I saw my friends collecting various type+ of cards.this interested me and i also begun to collect various type of cards.first of all I begun collecting pokemon and if i correctly remembered I had about 93 pokemon cards which we used to exchange among our friends. After that there was collection of trump cards featuring cricket, football, wwe stars and we used to waste lot of our tome playing this trump card. What a Jill to play and win as if reaching the heaven.but with growing age these interests faded away but now when I see a small child playing cards, I float back to my past experience.

I know where youre coming from most people do grow out of that stage but its the memories that keep from letting completely go of what i enjoyed most plus it became more of a business then for fun i now try to find rare misprints for low prices and resale them for more then what i spent. Although i still enjoy collecting and probably will for the rest of my life

I used to have so many cards when I was younger! I miss them after reading this. But they are way too expensive now which is depressing haha. I remember having a shiny Charizard and I was the envy of the entire school! Such a good feeling! I also remember that almost nobody knew how to actually play it...
