I'm from the Philadelphia suburbs. Last year the Phillies did what only one other Phillies team did, win the World Series. Right now they are in Colorado with a 2 to 1 lead over the Rockies in the play-offs leading to the World Series. I am looking for the Phillies to win tonight and then this weekend and next week against the Dodgers and go back to the Series, with them getting revenge for 1950 when the Yankees beat the Whiz Kids of that year.
Of the 5 teams left, The Phillies and Rockies, the New York Yankees, and the Los Angeles Dodgers and Angels, who are you rooting for? Are you a regular season fan of one of the teams or just interested because it's the play-off? How big a deal is it that your team wins the World Series?

When the White Sox were in the playoffs and won the World Series it was awesome. I was pulling for Philly last season. I don't think I will cheer for them this year since they already won. However, if they play the Yanks or Angels then I'm cheering for Philly.

Hi there,
I've been disconnected for a while from baseball, I actually root for the San Diego padres but you can pretty much guess why I'm not following it that much.
Well, besides that right now I'm a little more into football, but anyways I wouldn't mind having the Phil's as world champs, I mean, I have plenty of reasons to "hate" (not really) the other teams.
