what you do for stress?

i do deep breathing and focusing excercises, as i take deep breathes, i hold it and then think of exactly what i want accomplished, then breath out.. it helps me focus on what i have to do, and exclude all the things that are confusing me and overwhelming me.. i also jump up and down on my bed to very loud music when i just want to totally release stress.. i do that for ten minutes or so, by the end my room is a complete mess, but i feel energetic and revitalized and like a child again.. my kids think im nuts, but they now jump in with me .. lol

I go for a walk. I live in a valley and do a round 3+ miles. When I get back, regardless of the weather, I feel stress free.
