Some people when feeling bad they don't talk to anyone. While others often resort to drinking and party. Or some would just simply keep their self in a corner and cry, or others release their emotions through eating chocolates and ice cream.
How about you, what can you do when you're feeling bad?

It can be great help putting our emotions into writing. I sometimes do that when I've got no one to talked to. I listen to music while writing.
Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Yeah, It can be very good idea to talked to someone whom we can trust every time we felt bad than bottling up our emotions. By just listening to us they solve half of our problems. As like what you'd experienced.
Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

There are many ways to feel bad. I can feel bad as in depressed, bad as in angry, or simply in a down mood for no good reason. If I am depressed, I tend to call my Mom and talk to her. H=She always cheers me up. If I am angry or stressed, I clean and/or work to help me calm down. Then, I have those days when nothing is really wrong, I just feel blue, and I tend to lie around the house doing a lot of nothing on those days. Thankfully, those days don't come around to often, and when they do, it normally happens on a day hwen I don't have much to worry about anyway.

Well it's good for you that you'd able to manage by yourself and just fall asleep. I wish I could do that.
