For fitness, outdoor or gym?

Everyboday wants to have a health body, a fit shape.. So in order to do to that, would you choose outdoor to go to gym?
To me, i think if i have a partner who can go together with me to gym, i would choose a gym, as more equiptments to choose. But if i need to go alone, i will rather choose outdoor.
Fresh air, fun people, outdoor is a good choics too. What do you think?

Fitness is always based on your activies. The more you join with nature the more healthier you are. To get a fit body or structure you can go to gym but it has lots and lots of side effects. YOu llok healthy now but in your older days you face lots of side effects like back pain, knee pain, muscle sprain etc etc etc,. so its better to live with nature to lead 100 years...!
Be healthy by naturally...!

hello chandramoulee! I would agree with you on this. I have met people who used to do workout in gyms. When they discontinued to gym, their physique dropped drastically. I dont know if this would be the same for outdoor workouts but this is the usual testimonies i get from used-to-gym people.

I like to have the outdoor sports much more because it is much more interesting for me. I don't like doing the gym indoor. As it is boring. Such as it is too boring for me to just have the jog on the machine in the gym.

Hi Vivian, Firstly, you need to make a decision, what is your real purpose of doing the exercises. Is it because you want to be healthy or want to have a slim and fit shape? It is a different purpose and different kind of exercises are needed. If you decide to have exercise to have a healthy body, you can do outdoor activities or a gym. Both of them are working nicely as long as you do it in proper portion. Don't do too much or over exercised because it will affect to your body in later stage.
Like other responders said, you can feel back pain and other kind of inconvenient on your body if you are not exercised anymore. It is because you do too much exercise, it becomes a habit and the body demanded the continue exercise.

Very ture comment. i think better start with some light exercises, or i will get even worse when i stop if i start with heavy sports.

well my friend fitness solely depends on your activities but outdoors are a better way to do it regarding the benefits of fresh air fun acts etc.When you do exercises outdoors you get fresh and ample amt of oxygen to breath which helps in burning fat if you want to be fit start up with light exercises like jogging and move up to sit ups push ups running cycling swimming and many more but always remember that u also need a proper diet plan in order to maintain good health eat salads and green vegs as much as possible don`t eat red meats and candy
now if you want a perfectly riped body to show that can be done under proper guidance again keep in mind the food that u eat plays a big role in ur health. While in a jym we get a lot of machines to exercise on machines that are really effective but u get conditioned air and machines full with sweat of other ppl bt if u spend enough get to a gd jym hire a personal trainer u will get grat body in no time
but then again in my opinion i will rather choose outdoors cause exercising outdoors turns out like recreation
