I paint my nails. I love to do this because it is fun and it gives me something to do. I have many different colors of nail polish so I can paint my nails the color of the outfit I am wearing. I like to be different and experiment with different colors. Nail polish was a awsome invention for the fashion industry and current trends. I am into fashion and I love it.

Hi, tuckersheri. I wear mines natural. I don't polish them like I used to. I have stopped polishing them for about three years as of now. I wear closed shoes so, I won't have the chance to show my toes off. But, I do love matching my nail polish with my church clothing. I like being creative.

I always have nailpolish on my nails (both toes and fingers). I feel so naked without it. I rarely use colorless. I mostly pick beige, black, red and colors that close to it, tan, and gray.

I like to paint my nails and toes sometimes too. It never stays on long though. I have always got my hands in some kind of cleaner or water and it takes it right off so I usually leave mine natural unless something special comes up.

I paint my nails only for special occasions, and get them clean very soon. Although the nail decorations are so appealing, they might cause problems in the long run. As we know, our skin also functions as a breathing part of our body. I believe so are the nails. Anything against the natural rules is to damaging the health. The fashion industry is making new inventions, but we need to take care which are positive, and select only those good for health.

Painting nails is your freedom.
If you like it, just do it.
But I'll never do it, coz I'm really afraid the nail polish might poison my health.
Who's able to insure these colorful nail polishes have not any poisonous element?

Yes I do paint my nails and love them painted with the same colors of my apparel. I think painted nails are lovely to look and women should really paint their nails to look more sophisticated. Nevertheless it is necessary that nails are given time to breathe as well. We can't always keep them painted otherwise they'd grow yellow and dull. So resting the finger nails from polish for at least 2 days in a week is what I normally do and it has been helpful.

When I was younger I used to paint my nails either pink or peach color. When I started working I just never took the time to paint them much anymore. The only time I did paint them after starting work was if I was going to a special event. When I got home I would use nail polish remover on my nails.

I keep my nail in naturl color I dont put nail polish because I wash my clothes with my hands and the detergent and bleach got only damage the nail polish. Also i am the one who wash the dishes more often so its hard to maintain my nails polished because it can easily failed.

I never paint my nails. I think it mainly because of I am too busy to do so. I trim my nails regulary, and keep it neat.
By the way, do you think the nail paint are nontoxic? Is it necessary to clean it everytime when we prepare our dinner? I have a baby son to take care, I feel hesitate when I use cosmetic.
Thank you for your post and have a great day.

I don't really paint my nails a lot because the paint just seems to peel off after a couple of hours. However, I love to buff my nails and make them really shiny. They look really good then. Also I use Sally Hanson hard as nails polish because my nails are really brittle and it keeps them from breaking. Plus, fingernail polish is messy and I always get it all over my fingers.

I have very short nails because I have a bad habit of ripping my fingernails off when I am upset or nervous, so, I don't wear any nail polish at all. When I do actually have nails, I still prefer not to wear any polish on my nails for the simple fact that when you have polish on your nails, you are preventing thsm from getting oxygen. In moderation, it won't do much damage, but over time, it can.

I paint my toe nails because i like to wear shoes with open toes. So i prefer my toe nails to be presentable. I dont paint my finger nails though because i just like natural color. And i think sometimes it doesn't look right.

I am not really a beauty and cosmetics fanatic. That is why I don't often use nail polish. I usually just put on nail polish once a month, especially if there is a special occasion. Until recently, I always chose the neutral or the natural shades of nail polish. Recently though, I have been experimenting with more bold colors like red. I think I like red. People even tell me it suits me.

I always have mine natural. As much as I love the look of painted nails and I too am into fashion and beauty, I am just too darn lazy to paint them. I also tend to bite my nails (bad habit, I know) so the manicure doesn't last long. I also do a lot of household chores on a regular basis and they get ruined fast. It just seems pointless to me.
