How mylot able to generate income from our discussion

Hi anyone know how mylot can get income, which they can share with us....I do not understand any logical of typing sum subjects and reply someothers, can fetch them money , so they can share it with us....

YA I THINK THEY CAN EARN . SO THEY DISTRIBUTE THAT.. I AM NOT SURE
