There have been many great inventions over the centuries. I would like to know your opinions on what you think is the greatest invention ever. It may be anything from a product we use everyday to something that is technogically advanced for its time.
This may sound like a bit of a cliche, but I think that the internet is the greatest invention ever. Here I am, communicating with people around the world in the comfort of my own home. I can download the newest songs, read news online without having to go out and buy the paper, meet up with old friend using facebook. The possibilities are endless.
Well that is just my two cents. Happy mylotting all on the second greatest invention - mylot.

Every Invention has its own benefits.but invention like fire, wheel, electricity are the basic invention and the most important ones.without this we would have remained ever primitive and our life would be an absurd and uncivilized one.so hats off to them those who have invented this and for them our life has changed to this extend..

For me, the greatest invention is the electricity. Imagine a world without it, you are completely paralyzed! No lamps, computer, internet, you can use nothing. The inventor should be greatly honoured!

I think printing press is the gretest invention in the world. I think so because it has revolutionised the way ideas are being propagated. I would say internet because it is not as accessible as paper material which actually is accessible to almost all human under the sun.
After printing press I might say that it is internet or transistor radio or television or something of that sort.
