NO it is very easy installation .... try to install again .... and submit your task..... submit your required info on that task only... you can install it any time.... try again and check the min requirement on downloaded page....

Probably you don't have the Microsoft .NET 3.5 framework installed in your system. If so, you should BEFORE install the .net framework, then try to install again the gopher (the software you download from the sharonbucks task). If you already succesfully installed the program but you don't see it in your START menu, then don't worry. That program install itself as a service. You should be able to see it if you press CTRL + ALT + DEL and then in the Windows Task Manager check the PROCESS label ;)

you dont have to run it. you can just let it stay for 4 weeks and then your task will be approved. but on my part, i downloaded the software last sat or maybe it was sunday and then i got credits yesterday.
