How long am I supossed to have to wait for support?

It's been 3 days now since I contacted the support team, nothing has happened.
I decided to put some funds in my account so that I could start posting tasks, but when I paid the amount with my PayPal account, my money vanished. At first I chose to think the support team were probably having the weekend off.
Sorry for being a drama queen, but I have been scammed online before, last time by a big domain reseller, and I became a bit paranoid after that incident. I also consider the "don't send follow up messages, we will delete it" addendum in the automated support a bit odd.
Anyway.. I'm off to post an update in my blog before I get some sleep. Tired from writing list mails and trying to figure out a way to squeeze a humongous banner into my WP blog without obliterating the blog theme (no success so far, sigh).
Here's for hoping it will get fixed, and I hope it is not a common problem.

hi splinter...mylot was having lots of problems over the weekend and only got things straightened out today....
i guess they would get back at you really soon.

Hi Patofgold23,
Thanks for your input. Fortunately, the money finally reached its destination, which is my funds account, and I feel much more at ease, now that it has been taken care of. Also, thanks to the MyLot staff for fixing this issue, and I hope it is not too common. Usually when I pay for something using PayPal, the amount is registered paid immediately, but I am well aware that PayPal is anything but perfect, after all.

yea..seems like mylot admin had been sleeping during the weekend...
and now they're back on their feet... they have made payouts a few hours ago too...

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your problems though from my experience Paypal are slow but they normally get the job done.
I do hope this is also the case with you. Have you tried ringing instead? The longer you leave it the worse it will no doubt get.
Like I said hopefully they are just slow and will sort themselves out but the automated support reply does sound a little worrying.
