Playing games online is so wasting time,but i can not get out of it.how can i do

recently,i find that i always play games online,like the king.com's game,and prizee.com's game,and so on.even then,i hear the prizee.com can earn cash when you play the game,so i am so interested in playing games.at the same time,i realize that doing this is so wasting time,but i can not free myself from it,how can i do?

I understand that. I also used to be addicted to online games. I just found myself wasting my time on those but then what can I do I am already hooked and can't control myself playing. Even if sometimes I do need to do somethings I still make it a point to play.
