The difference in time that people sleep seems to be pretty big, the amount of sleep you get is a huge factor in your mental and physical health. But how much do you sleep every night? Are you still tired?
Please share! :D

Much as possible on holidays... When I have school I go to bed at 23.00/24.00 and wake up at 6.00. I'm still tired after a long or short rest.

hello friend It is true that lazy people are sleeping too much without any work. There is a proverb that early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy and wise. As per study it is revealed that for adult atleast 8 hrs sound sleep is required to keep your mind and health fit.

Unfortunately, I only get 4.5 hours of sleep max on weeknights. The chores at home seem endless that if I get to the bedroom before the Dave Letterman show starts, I'll be happy. Usually I'll be lying down, before the Top Ten. Then I should be waking at 4:45, or after a couple of snoozes. I am so sleep-deprived that I am often very sleepy at work. I don't drink coffee, so I pump myself with diet coke the whole day at work.

I usually sleep at least 6 hours ever day. When I was younger, I used to sleep at least 8 hours and take a nap in between. But now it seems that I am quite okay with 6 hours sleep. I do not even take a nap since I find it hard to sleep at night if I take a nap in the afternoon. Well, I guess, as we grow, there is always change in our system.

You are right - sleeping is most important dor good health. Lack of sleep affects the memory.
