I' m a girl and I am troubled with the fact that if I wanna losing my weight through exercise, the muscle of my body especial in my legs is growing at the same time. I don't wanna look strong in that way! Do you notice that when exercise? And do you have better ways to solve the problem? Or let's discuss some good exercise that do not bring big and strong muscle.

well depends what kinda exercise you're doing...i can't imagine a regular jog or run would increase your leg muscle mass that much...unless you are doing squats? lol..let me know what kinda exercises you are doing

it depends upon the type of excercise one does. if the weight comes on the muscles then obviously the muscles are built so you should try such exercises which are independent of the muscle power.
The best way according to me is jogging and daily morning walk for kilometers. That would really help as It has worked great for me. I have to do nothing except for walking miles to keep my self fit.
