I know that the fat content in nuts is very high but it's good fat. And so it is highly recommended but whether it helps improve your memory, I haven't heard or read anything about that yet. If you believe that peanuts give you pimple then there might be an allergic reaction to your eating peanuts. So don't. There are other brain food other than peanuts that will not give you any allergic reaction like fish. Test and see what work best for you.

When I was reviewing for my board exam, I did not eat peanuts but I ate chocolates instead because I have heard that since glucose is brain food it was a good idea to eat foods which are high in glucose. Anyway, I passed my board exam but I don't think it is all because of what I ate but more of my study habits so I suggest improving your study habits when reviewing instead of focusing on what to eat. :)

I don't know about brain food. But you can get from some the same omega3 that you get from fish. If you break out you are probably ellergic to them.

Hi kafueenu: I did'nt know about that, so i can't tell you nothing about peanuts brain properties but at least i can tell you that their just nice for a diet. If you eat some peanuts on the mid time you won't get hungry untill night.

All I know is that peanuts are a great source of protein. Dentists don't recommend them, though, because if you eat large amounts of peanuts over a prolongued period of time they will grind down your teeth, or so I've heard.
Anyway, I hate nuts.
The best way, I've found, is to study during 10 a.m. to 4p.m. This is more personal experience and I would recommend that you confirm this for yourself on a different site.
Oh yeah, and ACNE SUCKS!!!
Have a good one. :)

I haven't ever heard this before, but I am sure that you can look it up. Gingko is supposed to help your memory. I know some people who swear by it.
