It's not easy to break bad habits. But it's something that we must change and correct because it only make our lives miserable and unproductive.
How about you, do you break your bad habits? How did you do it?

Personally speaking, I think it's very difficult to break bad habits actively. With regard to those little bad habits, which do little harm to us, I don't think it's necessary to break them. You may take tremendous effort and the effect is very small. In so far as those big had habits, people usually realize the harm of them. But in my view, only suffering a lot from them could most people succeed in breaking these habits.

It's really hard to break bad habit all at once. It's only possible by making it little by little. If someone really want to break bad habit he/she need to undergo a lot of hardship and pain in order for him/her to succeed, it needs a strong determination and will to change. It takes much courage to never give up until you break and eliminate those bad habit. Breaking bad habit was like following your dreams and achieving to make it happened into your life.
Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

in the life , there is many of bad habit. you don't mentioned on your discussion any of one bad habit. so its very difficulty to respond you with a advice about how to break or leave a bad habit from life. suppose you are a chain smoker, or you like to lie or flatting, its also a bad habit. if you lazy one, its off course a bad habit.
in my own life i have a bad habit, its smoking. i try to away from it. and stop smoke completely, but i can't yet. i just able reduce quantity . to stop smoke, i have left from some friend , who really smoke more then me. i always try remember the side effect of smoking. and when i feel much addiction on smoke i try to chewing some
ginger or candy or chewing gum.

Initially I thought that I had a lot of bad habits. And I tried to remove it, but it did not go well because I only really negative undemonstrative. Until finally I realized that the bad habits and good habits are in a container that is myself. So, I just realized the bad habits and grateful for it. The result that comes only gratitude and love of God, which automatically makes me a better without fighting with my bad habits. So i don't need effort to be better.
