I'm already 34 years old. They say life begins at 40, or is it the time when you experience midlife crisis? share your thoughts!

really, i don't believe in midlife crisis. We just go through alot of circumstances when we mature and sometime its just seasonal. It depends but life is just the same. It brings us up and then it bring you down again. Its like a wheel going round and round. It constantly changes so that we will stay humble and grateful about our lives.

I think I've hit this midlife crisis already. I've been miserable lately. And by lately I mean for the past couple of years or so. I feel sad, I feel tired all the time. Even little things set me off. It's hard to find things that make me happy. Most of the time I zone out. I don't plan things, I live each day as it comes, hoping to get through it. And I am most peaceful when I am away from everybody, even family. Am I crazy? Am I just depressed? Or is this the midlife crisis?

From the looks of it, I think your in "it". And I'm dreading the day when I too have to go through the same ordeal. But worry not, the mere fact that you are aware means you can do something about it. Maybe you just need to unwind, spend time away from what you got used to. Honestly, I don't know the feeling but when ever you get past it, kindly pass a word down the line LOL. Cheers!
