you can buy a VCC (virtual credit card) online... there are sites you can buy such for just $5-$10..
but it is wiser to get an EON card at union bank..its just 350 pesos for the whole year..no maintaining balance...
its a debit card but can be used to verify your PP account.
and it is also the cheapest way to move your money from paypal to your bank

if the amount is below P 7,000... they charge 50 pesos ..
but it's free if the amount is above P7,000
definitely cheaper..
I have moved my Paypal money to my EON a lot of times already... i have only done the below 7thou transaction once coz i feel bad about my 50 pesos..
i ususally wait till my money goes beyond P7,000 (peso equivalent) so i can move it for free....

I think you can you use ATM card from BPI. I been planning also to withdraw my Paypal earnings to my ATM card which is also BPI.
