do you do physical examination every year?

hi all, it is time for me to do a body check. i do the physical examination every year. but the people around me do not like to do a body check every year. but i know that the health system in western countries is good and most of them do medical examination every year. so how about you? are you one of them?

I do not. I only go to a doctor if I am sick and I am rarely ever sick. I would just rather use the money for something else as it can get very expensive having all of those tests.

I have been planning to do that before but never really got a chance since I had no money yet and I`m to busy with work. Hopefully I could have my chances this year.

I normally do an annual blood test to check glucose, sugar and cholesterol levels. As I am already 47 years old, I am also required by my gynecologist(which I see every 6 months) to do a mammography each year. Otherwise, dental visits are done every 6 months and for the occasional cold or flu, I visit a general practitioner.
