What's the best way to lose weight?

Many people are really having a great problem in maintaining the ideal weight, yet we all know that what we eat is what we are. Sometimes we really can't control our cravings or our appetite especially when we see our favorite food right in front of us, we can't help but enjoy eating and eat plenty until we're already full and satisfied. And that's one of my problems...I eat more and exercise less because I'm too lazy to do those sit-ups and everything... I was petite way back then but I gained a lot of weight after I gave birth to my 2 children...I really want to know what's the best way to lose weight...It's really disgusting finding out that your clothes wouldn't fit you anymore and buy new set of huge clothes that perfectly fits you...so pity...

Hi chiltacs, Well, its hard to lose weight without lots of efforts. You need to exercise, eat lots of vegetables & fruits, reduce food like meat or chicken. You need to keep all this a routine.

Exactly kunizzul! losing weight would need extra effort and also it takes time...and routinely done, yeah it'll be alot more effective!!! I just need to keep that in my mind so i could be more encouraged to sacrifice..Thank 4 d comment! ^_^

I think the best way for losing weight is doing aerobic exercise, like jogging, that helped me to lose some weight successfully. But you have to sustain that at least for half an hour, because the aerobics' property is burning fat after the 20mins or more continued exercise. otherwise it will become anaerobic exercise which cannot losing fat but increasing blocks of muscles.

Yeah i agree yayazyh! that's a fact! but it's kinda easy to say yet so hard to do and difficult to attain if a person is not that determined...and well i think i should need something that would really make me determined that much...Thanks for the advice!!! ^_^

Hi chiltacs, The very best exercise is walking and I would suggest a brisk walk, about an hour every day. Of course our food intake is also important and we should never wail until we are hungry before eating. Drinking plenty of water is also helpful. I admit that some people have a much more difficult time losing weight than others and I've found that it's even more difficult when one gets older. Blessings.

Jogging helps a lot I have to say. When you run or jog, you lose unwanted fat and exercise your cardio. Playing sports also will help, badminton and tennis are good examples.

Hi chiltacs! Welcome to mylot! You will definitely enjoy it here because you will learn a lot. I just hope youll learn something from me! hahahah! 1. Like all of your responses would say, exercise. And i believe it is the best. 2. Diet has been discussed here also. 3. I would suggest that you take L-carnitine with green tea extracts. I see that you are a filipino, we have a much cheaper alternative for Judy Ann's Fitrum. Try fitreal, it is 50% cheaper! Yep! Ive tried it! I take it before i do my exercises so that i can sweat a lot. It is a lot more effective if you take Vitamin C with L-carnitine. Substitute your coffee for green tea instead. Better yet Mate tea. I have not heard that of this tea in the philippines yet but if i do, i would most certainly send you a private message. 4. Dont lack sleep. Do you notice that whenever you sleep really late, you feel like you can eat a whole cow? 5. Drinks lots of water so that you can get rid of toxins. 6. Eat pineapples, prunes, apricots, papaya or pomelo so that you can eliminate waste effectively. Better yet, take prune juice! It is an instant bomber! hahahah! enjoy!

to become thin and have a slim body physical exercise is the best.If keeps the blood circulating in a right manner and reduces the deposition of fat.Jogging,cycling,dieting are also good methods but the best one is diet one eats. balance diet keeps every one healthy..Instead of eating too much of carbohydrates and non veg food items one can have green leafy vegetables.eliminating food which are oily with high cholesterol is equally important............

hi vivekkumarnayak! that's a problem that i want to resolve since i was used to eat plenty of rice and it's alot more carbohydrates...but in terms of vege, i really love to eat the green ones! so delicious!!! thanks 4 d comment!!! ^_^
