Thanks mayka for your participation.I have still not made up my mind about what I am going to make ; nowadays I sweat far too much and am less inclined to toil hard. However, I need to whip myself up and ,ake some.Shall definitley post pics.

I had this very problem when I was trying to upload a photo with a discussion. After it appeard the photo was missing on the list!! Later I realised that below upload link it was written that they couldnt finih uploading. It happens sometimes. You need to double check after uploading. if the photo is uploaded properly, then only we get to see the remove link beside the photo details.

I looked at your coconut cookies photo and they seem to be delicious. You have the little decoration for the cookies and this is a great idea. I suggest you buy a cookies maker and it is not an expensive tool. However, you can make the cookies with different shapes and they all look professional. I have one at home and this is how I make my cookies. I love China

Thanks youless for theparticipation.Do you mean the cookie cutter/ --the dough here is almost like flour and normally it is even slightly difficult to make balls in hand.It is very powdery.Hoever, the idea thta has struck me is thta I should stuff it in moulds and then empty them on to the baking tray.

I’ve never tried a recipe from the television but then again cooking is not my favourite pastime! I must say though, those cookies do look yummy. My daughter has asked for a cake maker for her birthday next month so she will be interested in the recipe. Me...I’ll leave the baking to her! Great effort Kalav!

What is cake maker Paula? Is it the vessel you use to bake or the oven itself?-or do you have a separate cake maker there?

Thanks Tamara. But , actually, thought he cookies are really nice, the shape is not very uniform .This cannot eb made using a cutter and so I had to resort to just making it with hand.Perhaps I should fill it in a mould and empty ot on to a baking tray. But , the comments of friends are so heartening.
