best doughnuts ever! Unfortunately, I've just read an article about its downfall and it's really devastating for me since I love these doughnuts big time! It's the kind of doughnut that really gives me complete satisfaction everytime I munch it. I read an article saying that due to it's over expansion, it gave the company more debts that were hard for them to recover. I just hope that eventually they will be able to recover and with that, won't close the branches here in my country so that I can still have my doughnuts anytime! Yehey! To all KK lovers, be one with me in praying that KK will not close and will be able to recover from all the debts and will still be there to serve us anytime..not only to serve us but to give our lives sweetness through their yummy doughnuts!!!!

The one here in my area closed, which was a shame. They were really good if you went right after they pulled them off the oven thing! I was sad when I saw it was closed even though I didn't go there all that often.

Hi & welcome to myLot! Yes, KK's are the BEST donuts, I discovered them when I moved to Oklahoma. They've closed a lot of locations here, but I have to say that some of them were not easy to get to. They need to focus on good locations, and the rest should take care of itself. Don't know if I'd be interested in the bacon cheeseburger served on donuts...but if I have a salad for a meal, they make a sinful dessert...lol.

i'm so sorry to hear this. maybe there was a over estimation and the recession was not taken into consideration when they planned their expansions.

oh no! they can't go! I don't go to their stores often, but I love their doughnuts! It just so happens that it's quite expensive compared to dunkin donuts. lol. ... Anyway, KK for me is for special occassions, and when i have them, well, let's just say I savor the moment. ahahhaa.
