Do you take your own advice?
Or do you just give it out?
With all my talk recently of "trusting your first instincts" I went against them, and wondered why it didn't work out well for me!
I knew I was going against my instincts,but I big fat did it anyway!
Do you take your own advice?
No matter what it is?

Yes, I practice what I preach. I do not teach my kids something I do not do myself. That way they can see me as a good role model to follow.

That's true, you need to do that if you have kids to be a good example.

It is hard to follow your own advise but as much as possible i do live by it. Trusting your instincts is really somewhat hard to do. Why? becausein the first place you just dont know if it is your instinct or yourself or mind playing tricks on you.
