How many hours should you spend online?

Its just so hard to get away from the computer
isn't ? I could probably spend all day like 8 hours or more and it does cause problems becouse thats all i do other than going to my part time job and cooking. Its very addicting.How much time should you spend online can anyone tell me ???

People are online for different reasons, and they each spend different amounts of time online. For me i can only stand to be sitting here for a hour or so at a time and then i have to get up and do something else. but i would say that the time i spend on line each day is about 5 hours but not all at the same time.
