Recently I cam across the poem written by Robert frost titled "The road not taken" and the first few lines entirely resembled my situation. Presently I need to strike a balance between my personal and professional life. But there is a trade off. The more I try to focus on my personal life the more I am sacrificing in terms of professionalism and vice versa. Probably this is the biggest dilemma in an individual's life and I thing a lot of you must have through this situation.

i love that poem. so much so that i have it on a charm that i wear on a necklace. i view the poem in the context of my religious faith.
i guess the advice that i have for you is that ( i have heard this quoted many times) on their deathbed, not many people wish they have spent more time at work; of course, they wish they had spent more time on themselves or with their families.
