Experimenting With Flavors

I bought this funky little ice cream maker that kind of looks like a bathroom trash can. With it I bought a few ice cream mixes that I wasn't too impressed with so I decided to make up my own recipes. First thing I tried, at my granddaughter's request, was chocolate mint. I even went and got real mint for it. Turned out good, except for the real mint after taste. Kind of like eating grass ice cream. I've made frozen custard, cheese cake ice cream, frozen lemon custard, chocolate, and vanilla. I have a freezer full of fruits that I can't wait to experiment with. So what should my next flavor of ice cream be?

COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!! That's my favorite. Of course now that you're buried under like 500 feet of snow this winter, I wonder how interested you are in in ice cream right now. LOL

Yeah, it's getting obnoxious but I think it's God laughing at Global warming.

What about something really interesting like passionfruit? There are so many really good flavors you could experiment with Have a ball with all of your possiblities. I think that they are endless.

I don't know that I've ever had passion fruit, but I'm willing to try it. We have what's called a pawpaw here. Kind of like a papaya. If I can get my hands on some without having to stagger into the woods I might try making ice cream with them.
