well, this really happend to me. I used to work in a trainning center as administrative stuff. The job needed me communicate with the kids and their parents freqently. Actually I am not a talktive person and I feel uneasy at this position. However, i endeavored to be more active when the kids and parents came,as i wanted to challenge myself.I know it is not a good thing for me to be too introverted. The result is that before i succeeded in challenge myself i lose the job.I felt so upset about it and i even wonder if i have ability to work well.

Well, it is painful to lose a job that you are starting to accept because you were not given the chance to master it. Anyways, I think there will be better job out there for you. My third job since I graduated form college is as an insurance sales, I was very young then and thought that I will never succeed, then on my 5th month since I am not making good sales, my contract was terminated. What I did is I consider it as a challenge and I apply for another insurance company as administrative staff. I did it to have a feel of what is really going on in an insurance industry then on my fourth year I resigned then join another insurance company, this time as one of their financial consultant. I did great, I was one of the top consultant for the next 4 years I stay in the company. Right now, I am pirated by another insurance company and I am now enjoying a comfortable life. Don't lose hope, always think positive. Everything happens for a reason, just take it optimistically. You can do it.

maybe because by the time you accepted the job you weren't ready to handle the job as it should be.handling administrative job to be honest with you, you should have been flexible enough to take the responsibilities and they expect you to be that way but at time you feel like doing good for it, it was also the time you lose the job.. they aren't giving you long time to do that process to be fit to the position that's because they expect too much from you. well..it's really sad to say that you lose the job.but one way or the other you get some lesson from it... learning from that lesson could be a very advantage for you to be a better person.

It always sucks to lose a job,but think about this. It could be a new beginning. Personally I think if you have gave your job a chance and have figured out that you really don't like it that when you lose it you should feel somewhat relieved. I don't like to be stressed and uncomfortable everyday at work. It makes me very cranky and irritable. Go for something you really enjoy and even if you don't make as much at least you will be happy and want to wake up in the morning.
