Hello. I am wondering if there is any way that I could purchase my first home with no out of pocket costs. has anyone bought their first home with no closing costs to them? I am very green in the ways of real estate and am looking for some direction, as I would like to buy a house soon. Thanks!

Hi tangler330, yes there are ways to purchase a home without taking out upfront money. Its called 100% loan purchase. Usually on new properties, some developers have almost 95% loans tied up with financial institutions t enable buyers to purchase their first homes. Some companies allow employees to borrow money from their instititions to purchase homes and provide up to 100% home loans. Government agencies also may have home loans to civil servants too, ask them if they have a home loan scheme. There are many other tricks to obtain a full 100% home loan which I can't say it here. Ask your real estate agent about it and he may tell you how to do it. I have been in real estate for 18 years and trust me, there are ways to do it.
