Hi,
I and my husband had our second anniversary a few weeks ago. Since we were very busy in this period, we couldn't arrange for anything big, and I spent some times on internet searching fot some short journey but I didn't find anything that suited us. For our honeymoon we had been on a cruise, and we would have liked to reeat the experience, but we didn't find affordable cabins for the period we wanted.
In the and, we only went out for dinner, and we spent the rest of the evening at the CasinĂ², winning only enough to cover the dinner we had just ate.
We didn't arrange it, we just decided on a whim. It was nice in the end.

Yes janebeth,
it was very romantic and we enjoyed it so much. The cruise itself was not so expensive, since they were making discounts for newlywed and all, and It was not a long journey, since my husband had to go back to work.
It was less relaxing than we thought, though, because on the ship there was always something to do or some place to visit when we arriver in some cities. When we got back home we were even more tired than after the wedding!
Worth doing it anyway

It is my sister's wedding anniversary tomorrow. I remember her wedding when my oldest son was a baby. I hope that you will have an excellent time on your third wedding anniversary. I suggest you consider visiting the Chocolate Hills on Bohal Island in the Philippines. It also has some palm fringed beaches. So that sounds like a perfect destination to me.
