is sea cod liver oil good for health?

hey guys i hav been suffering frm dry skin for over 1 yr now due to some medicines tht i took..! i hav lost a lot of skin color because of tht..!!! one of my frend said cod liver oil is really gud for skin and hair..! is it true..???? i need some real suggestions frm u guys..! and i hav already started using sea cod liver oil (seven seas) for jus over 3 days now..! but i guess its too early for me to decide weather its helping r not..! plz help guys..!

while working in a cement factory nothing worked but oil of olay moisturising body bath they have a few different ones the vanilla seems to work best. i tried the omega 3 oils and cod liver with no results, you'll feel the body bath work right away. you'll be smooth as a baby's butt
