yes, humor plays a great role in everything. they say that filipinos always find a way to laugh despite the hardships that they face. i remember watching some interviews of victims of the back-to-back typhoons. they may have been severely affected by the floods and rains, yet they always find time to spark a little joke when they recalled how they struggled in the floods. in the office, we always have the time to laugh at each other's jokes and i feel it is doing good for us. it promotes camaraderie and yes, as u said it, cohesion. that is a kind of bonding with co-workers.
