Need to Loose Weight... I do.. Any good ideas?

I recently quit smoking and didn't seem to be eating alot, but have gained I think at least 50 pounds. It is making me feel bad.. Do you know a good weight loss idea? I started taking pure Acai Berry and Total Cleanse. I think the Acai Berry makes me feel good... Have you ever tried it??

Try to eat less and do not give in to your hunger pangs. There's no way your body can accumulate fat if you only eat according to your daily energy requirements. I'm not sure if it will work for you because my concern is how to gain weight than losing it. Cheers!

Thank you for your reply. I think my problem is the sugar I ingest from soda.. I don't really eat alot. Sometimes we don't think of it as calories. I wish I was like you. Thank you, it is hard, I am making today my first real day.. Swiched to haveing a glass of milk and water instead.. Coke taste so good.. I was also thankful, my husband said he would start walking in the mornings with me

I think you need to get rid of the soda. I know it's hard when you're used to it but you have to give it a try.

For loosing weight there are somany ideas are there 1)Walking 2)Slimming machine and iam doing slimming world and by eating lots of fruits and veg,but dont eat more processed food it will increase more weight,so eat less food and walk every day and drink more water.

What is the slimming machine? Is it where the tables work you out. My sister once went to this place where they did tables and this diet, it was in New Orleans when we lived there, years ago. There is nothing like that here. Your other ideas are Great too.. I am thankful that my husband said he would go walk with me in the mornings now... Yes, I am making myself drink water, and milk... I've never tried the Acai berry. Right now I'm actually in Weight Watchers. I joined in the middle of may and so far have lost 21 pounds. It is really easy to follow because you can eat whatever you want as long as you don't go over your points for the day. The points they give you are based off your weight so you gradually work your way down to how much you should be eating.

Wow this seems nice, is it expensive? I seen one other I wanted to try like weight watchers, it was a meals made program, it was too expensive for me right now Thank you have a Great Day

I am doing slimming world and eat lots of fruit and veg and don't touch processed foods at all. I also drink lots more water throughout the day as this is suppose to help you. Eat fish and meat with no fat on and snack on fruit only.

That sounds really good too.. I have noticed my biggest problem is the soda.. After quitting smoking and taking stackers I drink alot of coke.. BAD BAD

Please take a look on the count of calories. If you can make it and balance the calories, then the body can maintain its balanced weight neither less or high.
