rain water harvesting

Rain water harvesting could be implemented in everyone's home to maintain a good supply of ground water and reduces the energy needed to get the water from deep borewells.. So we could go for rain water harvesting and save the water table.. It has been made mandatory in the state of tamilnadu and now the citizens are enjoying the water supply...

It's a very good option to save water. Since I came from a place where there is plenty of water, I never knew the importance of water until I cam to a place where there is a little bit of water scarcity.
