hi oink. there are so many unhealthy food now and also many healthy ones. for me, i would take some fruits everyday. and as we all know that fruits are the healthy food to everyone. and i seldom eat fried food, it contains too much unhealthy elements. and there is one important way to keep healthy that is take more exercise.
