I love to watch animated movies. Shrek is one of those movies. Love and friendship are the things I have got from it. Self-contentment is another issue that one beholds in grasping the real lesson of the movie. Peace is what each of us longs to have. Personal abode is what really matters.

This is wonderful movie, and a comedy movie..I like the 1st and 2nd part much than the 3rd part..awaiting to watch the 4th. This is my favorite movie.

I have a friend who truly related to Shrek. At first he didn't want to see the movie, but we insisted - and he really took the film to heart. He is loner type who has felt kind of like a big, ugly ogre all his life - which is sad. He's been looking for love for a long time . . . and I think there was a good message in the movie about it for him. You just may find your true love someday . . . and he/she may be right under your nose.
