What can we do to get rid off the acne?

Have you ever experience a problem with acne? I don't know why, I have one or two acne on my face recently. It was gone for a few days, and it is coming back again in different places on my face. It has been so many years I never have a problem with acne. It just coming back again. Anyone has any suggestion or idea why these acne are suddenly coming back to me?

ProActiv - I heard in Yahoo Answers that it is the best Acne Solution there is and I was hoping that a lot of people suffering from Acne will try to consider this solution.

Hi there.. Just simple idea may be you can be inspiring, "stay away from fatty foods and do not stress".I think both are related. have a nice try friend..:)
