Do you go to local football?

I'm pretty sure that many of us don't have the privilege of a Premiership team sitting next door, so how do you fill your live football thirst? I live in Vancouver, so I occasionally go watch the Whitecaps, but I find myself extremely frustrated with the level of play and the pace of the game. Are you as frustrated with the local qualify of play as I am, or does that even matter?

My parents live in the country side, and that's the place I call "home". The local team there plays in the Romanian 4th division, so you can only imagine the level of play there . I haven't seen them play in years. In Bucharest, the capital city of Romania, I can see my favorite team (Steaua) play, but I've never been to any of their games. The main reason is the lack of common sense people show on the stadium around here and the lack of proper conditions to enjoy the show...

I have seen Steaua games on the TV, the atmosphere does look heated and dangerous for the fans. I think it's a pity considering the former glories of Romanian club football in the European cups.

The situation concerning the fan-oner relationship at Steaua is heading to a historical critical point. The owner is an illiterate megalomaniac dictator that can't stand any criticism, so he is starting to ban fan access to the stadium. Not to mention that it's been months since the fans going to the stadium don't go there to cheer for the team, but to swear the owner and ask him to leave the club.

i live in puertollano, it have a local team that now is playing on 2aB division, they have a good team but always at the end of the season they trow away the good work and always finish to 1 or 2 points to the promotion league. this year their adventure on the king's cup will finish on 1/16 of final, because they have to face villareal, and even if villareal is playing very bad i don't think puertollano have a chance
