Oooops I can see that you said you are going to create a blog. I used to use Blogger.com but they shut me down one day because someone complained about something on one of my sites. The claim wasn't true at all but Blogger staff didn't even check they just shut me down. I had to contact them and ask them to check. My site was down for a week and the claim wasn't even true. So I don't do the blogger thing. I prefer to have control of my own blogs. Now I buy my own domains, I use Wordpress blogs and host on HostGator. I have tried dozens and dozens of themes and they all fall short but just in the past few months I came across a great little theme for Wordpress blogs called, Flexibility and can be found at: http://www.flexibilitytheme.com/ I have found that this has been the easiest blog theme to modify and it does a lot of my SEO for me.
