What is the star near your mylot ID...?

hey since i am a new user, i am going to get my first payment this week...! But I wonder what is the star near the mylot ID. Unfortunately I dont find any star near my ID...!?!?! Is this atechincal mistake or I dint deserver tgis star at present...?
And it is also in different colours with varying numbers...!
Wat does it mean...? can antone help me out...?

once you reach your 100 points for your posts you will have a star beside your ID/avatar. That star has numbers as your rating. This rating symbolizes your status/standing with mylot. 10 is the perfect score. You can maintain it by providing quality content discussions and responses. It can go down and can vary depending on how you do your discussions and responses. Mylot members will rate your responses they can rate it positively or negatively and this will have a bearing in your star rating.
