House cleaning is one of the important things inorder to maintain a clean home. I love house cleaning and I take of house cleaning purpose. I always prefer a neat and clean room and I would like to share some of the house cleaning tips with you:
Home organization plan: A proper planning and organisation for house cleaning is absolutely necessary. Frame a list of places in your house that requires dusting, sweeping, mopping and washing. Hire a cleaning maid if required. Identify the necessary items and throw away the un-necessary things from your house such as broken chairs, rusted utensils and other unimportant things. Replace the old curtains with new one and make sure the curtain color matches with the wall texture.
Paint the walls if necessary. Use wall papers wherever it is required. Make sure you take special care to renovate your tired bathroom as a clean bathroom gives your house a facelift.I am aure that the above mentioned points by me will be of a great use to many people here. That is a great attitude and I really appreciate that. A clean room always pose a better feeling and comfort within us and it reflects our personality and character too.

Yes, i do it evryday. Though we have a servent for doing all this. But, as i am at home these days, i like doing it on my own. Actually, I feel probably i do not like house cleaning by anyne else. I think I am the best at it. Cleaning ur own house should not be a forceful thing, as many people feel so; rather, it is done as a duty. My father says that if ur house is clean, nobody will comment, but if it is not neat and clean, evryone will negatively comment on u and ur house...

That is a beautiful thing told by your father. Yes, if your house is clean, no one would pass a negative comment about you or your house but if it is vice-versa then people would resort to all sorts of unwanted comments and tantrums which would be quite irritating and i have experienced those sort of comments and that made me to make a vow that i maintain a clean and neat house. As you said, how much ever servants we assign, it wouldn't be matching to the work we do and we are the masters of our work. Moreever, house cleaning is a form of a beautiful exercise

I do home cleaning at least once per week. I also prefer a neat and clean room, for I will stay inside there for a while. I can't stand being inside a dirty room. I will clean every little mess might left for couple of days. I really keep my house as clean as it should be.

I think you should ask this question to men and not women. All women would have done house cleaning atleast once in their life. But, you can find mean who has never cleaned their house. I accept that I am not good at cleaning even though I am a women. My husband is very good at cleaning and he does almost 80 percent of teh cleaning work at home, where I do more cooking.

Yes, you are correct. Not many men are involved in House cleaning and I admit it. But there are few like me who does the process of house cleaning and i really love to have a neat and clean house. this great! i thought i was the only clean freak. another thing you could do is when i change my summer closet from my winter or vice versa, if i haven't worn it at least twice it goes into the yard sale bin or goodwill bin. the other thing i like to do is paint my dressers a different color or just change the theme of the house, like from contemporary to french country.that way everything gets moved and cleaned under really good.and i always sring clean and fall clean, curtains, walls, rugs,carpets everything.

Usually my maid/helper does all the work but when she is sick or does not come I do all my work myself. I love clean room and a tidy decorative one. So i keep it clean always and every one admires the beauty of my house.
Its the best looking in the whole street.

Unless you were born a caveman or your too lazy & to much of a slob, I don't see how doing house cleaning is so horrible to do. As for me? I grew up cleaning up after myself so cleaning is just relatively easy for me to do. I vacumm, I dust, I wipe things down with disinfectant sprays & wipes all the time to help keep bacteria & viruses at bay. Personally though cleaning is usually for us women to do, most men don't usually like to clean up after themselves. (No pun intention...) Thanks for asking the question! :)

Very very occasionally! That's not to say I live in a pig sty or anything like that! I hoover my place from time to time but when it comes to paper work and not filing things away, I'm pretty bad when it comes to things like that. I just place all the letters and important documents on the side board and they start to build up over time and it looks like a real mess. I live by myself anyhow so there's no one around to bother me with this stuff. This is the funny thing! When I have a visitor around I always give the place a good spring clean, I make sure that everything is spotless. I have a small flat anyhow so it's not difficult to give it a quick spring clean. Nice discussion you have there.
For me, I clean my house everyday. I like to line in a clean and comfortable house. For house cleaning, I have a part time maid to help me. She twice every week. I will order her what she need to do and what is the work then she need to do first and next and so on.
I have to admit I am a cleanliness freak and this is all because I have 2 little kids at home. I need to make sure a clean environment for them.
For curtains, I change it every 2 months but for bed sheet I need to change it every week. I think we need to repaint the walls as a clean wall is very important too. It has been 4 years since we last painted the wall. I don't use any wall papers at home. It is too cozy but I have to say wall papers are just a very nice decoration at home.

House cleaning is one of my best domestic activities, I am a man with very high neat taste and I sometimes have problems with poeple living around me because of this, I get irritated by every single dirt around. i wash and clean almost every day and I can´t stand a chance of staying in a dirty apartment if not I will fall sick, so I try as much as possible to make sure I make my environment clean every day,and I would like to advice that poeple shouldn´t think that men don´t clean, some men are so neat that they do the cleaning themselves.

hi....daily i do house cleaning ..its necessary for us to clean our house daily.. Cleaning the house prevents us from diseases or infections....it also helps us to maintain our body fit and fine...atleast once in a week v should clean our house... it also brings some changes to our mind...so keep cleaning the house daily...have a nice day !!!!!!Happy mylotting !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Vinslounge,
I take great pride in a clean home. It's alot of work and something that needs to be everyday or thinks will get out of order fast. I do most of the housework and I like it that way. I have a certain order I like to keep and like things done a certain way. I guess I"m alittle OCD about it. I had a terrible time allowing anyone to wear shoes in my home. I couldnt bear the thought of all the icky stuff rubbing of the shoe soles onto my carpet. As you can imagine I heard constant complaints from everyone.So, I now have hardwood floors through out the house except the restrooms and Kitchen areas they are tile. Does anyone else feel this way about shoes on carpet?

Aha,I like this question. I am a house cleaner usually but not a house-tidiness keeper.When i see the house is a mess i cannot help to cleaning it right away even in the middle night.However,i have a bad habbit that i would like to throw things at random.Therefor,my house will return to be a mess quickly after i clean it.And i just like cleaning house not decorate it.That is troublesome.

we Indians are celebrating our great festival called DIWALI, which is based on the prayer of Goddess of wealth, so this time period it is must to clean and make home tidy, its a ritual here and every one of the family do the cleaning work, from child to gran pa every one is engaged doing cleaning, and the best part is .... every one enjoy doing it .....
so as far as the discussion is concern, i do it ... regularly

very good discussion to start. Coming to me we clean our house for every occasion we just give a makeover wit new looks painting and adding new colors. Doing like this we feel new look and we get lot of thoughts in decorating and we can suggest our friends.

For me I used to clean my home everyday like the window grill, sweeping the floor thats all because my time is short so that's all I can do.
