Can anyone suggest me some tips to lose weight within a short span?? Can anyone suggest me a good diet..

keep drinking water. i found this article on the web and it has lots of testimonies on it. it says:
when you wake up, brush your teeth so that you wont feel any hunger. and drink also 3glasses of water. after 1 to 2 hrs, thats the time you eat your breakfast. just eat your regular meal, it actually doesnt matter. but dont drink any cold drinks. just drink any hot drinks or maybe lukewarm. then after an hour, thats the time you can drink cold water.
you may also research about the wonders of water. it helps you know. but if you need to lose weight fast, you may take in tablets but with exercise. such as badminton.. any games that can really make you sweet to max. or you can just eat fruits and vegetables. i suggest you eat fruits with fiber. they can help you lose weight fast plus it detoxifies your entire system.
im not also sure about this, but i think injectables are also available in the market. especially for losing weight. but i suggest to live a healthy life by taking an exercise everyday.
