actually, use email is the best way..but you'll be blacklisted. I prefer promote at my blog, not bad, at least 20 referrals for each site I can get.

Get on sites like this, another good one is at www.yuwie.com/r/73698/, its similiar to Myspace but you have 1000's of leads.

i have tried to do this many time. i think at the last level if your referral is not doing any thing you will also be not paid. and in this kind of system if you are only dependant on referrals and cant earn by only your job then the system is not going to be successful at the end. i think when the saturation come the decline will start and you cant get anything. so prefer those which dont ask you to pay only for referrals.
