DCOM Exploit blocked Alert by Antivirus...

Hai, I am getting frequent alerts from my anti-viruses network shield, that it has blocked a DCOM Exploit Attack from some particular IP address and port number 135. I am from India and I am using BSNL EVDO mobile broadband connection. Also I am using AVAST anti-virus. From some of the forums, I came to know that the virus is a SASSER Virus which is affected in my neighboring IP addresses and the same is trying to spread the virus to its neighborhood. If you have faced this kind of issues, please post the same here so that all mylot users will come to know about the same and also we can take precaution against this virus. Also mylotters, please make your firewall on and also use a good anti-virus. Otherwise your system will be vulnerable to these kind of Virus programs. Regards, Reyas... Happy Mylotting.....
