I like to make as much people as I can happy. I always give them a good laugh, make them feel good about themselves. Complement them, ask them how they're going. But if I were to stop talking to others for a while, nobody will do the same for me. Whether I'm sad, happy, angry. I don't think people notice my emotioms as I do with them. Probably because I hide it all away with a smile. I often encourage the younger and older in their work. The only time they talk to me first, is when they need help with somthing. Then they're all quiet again. Why is this so?

You know the saying "laugh together, cry alone" I believe this has a lot of truth in it. It is frustrating when you try to put yourself out for people and yet get little back, but I think you make yourself happy helping others and it shouldn't be because you want to be thanked of course it is nice to be. Hopefully people will think of you well.

well you have to consider helping yourself too. i know how it is to feel like you're helping everyone, but when you're in need, no one comes. best way is, as i said earlier, to think of your own person too.

I guess thats life! I think the only way out of this situation for you would be to be nice to others without expecting anything from them. For this I believe you need to have a very high self esteem and be comfortable with yourself. Just be honest to yourself. There is no need to be nice to people if you don't feel like it from your heart. After all " You cannot please the entire world".
