boyfriend/girlfriend?

Is it okay for you if your teenage son/daughter will have a girlfriend/boyfriend. Personally, it's okay for me. Like I told my son who's 16 years old and is on his first year in college, I don't mind if he will have a girlfriend now. The only thing is for him to make sure that their relationship will inspire him to strive harder in life. That his girlfriend will further make him want to succeed.

I believe it is okay for a 16 year old to have a girlfriend/boyfriend as long as its not interfering with education. Your son should be smart enough to know better so you know he'll make the right decision :)

I have two daughters that are 16 and 17 years old and they both have boyfriends and both their boyfriends have jobs.One of my daughters has a job where as the other one is in sixth form at school getting more passes as well as higher passes in her exams.They are all thinking of the future now so i am happy that they are all doing well as i have no worries about their future now.
